Who we are

DumpAccount.com is published by Phikanet. Questions about this policy go to support@dumpaccount.com.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. The form is delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service. If you email support@dumpaccount.com, the message is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to our inbox.
• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which sites send visitors, plus general details such as country, browser and page load speed. It doesn't use cookies, and we only see totals, not individual visitors.
• Hosting data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, we don't run ads, and fonts and images load from this site rather than from outside services.

How we use it

We use messages only to reply to you and to fix the site, and statistics only to understand how the site is used. We never sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as we need them to reply and to keep track of corrections. Email support@dumpaccount.com to ask what we have from you or to have it deleted.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, including trumpaccounts.gov, the IRS, Buy Me a Coffee and brokerage firms. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them. Tips through Buy Me a Coffee are handled entirely by Buy Me a Coffee and its payment processor; we never see your card details.

Children

This site is written for parents. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
